I realized my SRT8 Brembos will not bolt up to the spindles of the RT brakes, so I plan to swap my spindles over, use the RT hubs, so that everything goes back together. I also found some scat pack Brembos, but realize those also would not bolt up, but thought maybe with my SRT8 spindles they would bolt up and might be an upgrade over my rear Brembos. Can anyone confirm?

Looking for any advice or how-to information you can provide. I have heard the bigger pains in the asses of the job is the park brake cable removal. I have my Chilton online manual, shows a picture but description just says "disconnect proper passenger or driver side" and that's it. I assume at a VERY HIGH level, process will be remove exhaust, remove driveshaft, remove calipers hang out of wayremove shock top mount bolts, support rear cradle, remove 4 cradle bolts, and somewhere in that process remove parking brake cable, raise vehicle, roll cradle away??

As far as the RT cradle going back in, really torn on what if anything I should be upgrading bushing wise. Joined Feb 21, Well I did the swap last night and thought I'd run through what I learned.

It's not that bad. Four exhaust hangar bolts, 2 exhaust clamp bolts, 8 driveshaft bolts, 4 diff bolts, and 2 electrical connectors for the exhaust valves are all you have to remove. Start with the exhaust. Loosten the 2 clamps forward of the x pipe.

Disconnect the electrical connectors on the exhaust valves and push out the clips that hold the wires to the exhaust hangars so when the exhaust is dropped it doesn't hang on the wires.

When you see it you will understand. Remove the 2 bolts that hold the exhaust hangars out at the exhaust tips. Remove the 2 bolts that hold the exhaust hangars that are just forward of the exhaust valves. Don't worry, the exhaust won't come down yet as those hangars are on hooks besides being bolted to the body. Here is where you need 2 people. One guy to push up on the exhaust so it comes off the hooks and lower it down slightly, and one guy to tap on the cross bar that runs between the pipes so the entire exhaust will slide off the front pipes at the clamps.
